As you might be able to tell, Jim is a great fan of the Marblehead Lighthouse that is located on Lake Erie. We do love to visit whenever we can.....

I moved from Alaska back to the 'Lower 48' and back to Ohio.....
Jim, of course, was 'the reason'...
We were High School Sweethearts and 'found each other again' on the Internet At Classmates.com
I was diligently checking the site to find old 'friends' and one day 'There HE WAS'...... It was like a chain reaction. The email started flying with wonderful results... I was raised on Lake Erie and graduated fromPort Clinton High School..... 35 years ago... with a couple of contacts over the years, we lost track of each other .... and are finally putting our lives together, 'together'.

My daughter has given me the most adorable grandchildren, twins, and I have"pictures to prove it!
What self-respecting grandmother would come here without pictures. It's okay, go ahead and look, I can wait.

And those children of mine, let me tell you all about them--I'll start with my sons.

First off we have Randy who lives out of McGill, Nevada on five acres of land that he has developed himself. He decided that he wanted to 'like what he was doing for a job and is working with a friend of his making antler art.
The younger son, Riley, has just finished getting his BS in animal Science and is trying to decide what to do with it. He has always liked to hunt and is now putting that to use with his ownguide service.
My daughter Stacey and her husband Jess live in Nevada. Jesse works for the government.

MyMe&siblingsSiblings and Me(Sandy) Melodie, Dell(Boy did he take off in high Gear!!), Terrie, Toni. Melodie was the leader in this endeavor of ours(She badgered us to do it!!) to make our presence on the Web. We all decided to get new computers last year, (except Terrie) just in time for the Internet unveiling. I have been on for the last five years, but it has taken a dramatic jump in the last year. We have all had a great time keeping in touch with each other. We have used Freetel, ,InternetPhone4 and CuseeMe-We can actually see each other!! And for our newestChat Toy Try it out!! I lived in Alaska--now in Ohio, Melodie in Texas, Dell in California and Toni in Nevada. The cost of Airflights are prohibitive.

As for me, hobbies and fur children besides working as a Computer Specialist at DFAS-FSA/CO. George Strait is my favorite country vocalist and I like Garth Brooks too, and of course WHOK is my favorite FM station. I also like some of the older rock music, some blues and yes, some classical too.

Okay .... okay ... I confess...it. I also have tons of computer manuals and No! Honest! I haven't read them cover to cover even though that is the rumor! I simply use them for reference materials. I know, they are everywhere and seem to have infiltrated every nook and cranny of my home but hey, I don't enjoy reading them. NO WAY! I am a self taught computer nerd (and proud of it). I love to help others build their homepages and enjoy designing and updating my own homepage. I even wander the homepages of other computer nerds and nerdettes like myself looking for ideas.

Actually, I have a Compaq5900Z-700 mhz with a 10.5gig HD and 128MB of RAM, with an 48x CD Rom and a V90-56K modem(really an overkill on most Ohio phone lines...I am lucky to get connected at 24,600)!! I also have a scanner, a digital camera, a color printer and a laser printer and a Connectix QuickCam. I'm definitely cruising with this set up!! I am learning more every day. This technology takes up a great deal of my time and in return.... I am expanding my horizons and loving every minute of it. I recently got my BS in Management Information Systems and am a Certified Novell Administrator working on my CNE. In my spare time I help others to make their own pages. Check some that I have helped make so far
